Lake Grande Mussels Marinara
Lake Grande mussels have a sweet and iodised flavour that distinguishes them from open-sea mussels. Marinara is the preparation that enhances them the most: the cherry tomato sauce does not cover them, it completes them.

1.5kg Lake Grande di Ganzirri mussels · 300g cherry tomatoes · 4 garlic cloves · 1 glass white wine · 4 tbsp Sicilian EVO oil · fresh parsley · fresh chilli · country bread to serve
