Octopus and Lake Seafood Salad
Octopus salad is Ganzirri's summer dish. With Cocciula and Lake Grande mussels it becomes something extraordinary: the lake flavours blend with those of Mediterranean octopus in a fresh and fragrant balance that pairs perfectly with white wine from the Strait.
